Customer Reviews
Pretty good for my business
I tried Ignition for my small firm, mostly for the proposals and automated billing. It's been pretty good. Setting up the Proposal Templates was easier than I thought, and the clients seem to like the Client Payment Portal. It just makes things feel more professional, you know? Not too complicated to figure out.
Streamlined client onboarding
I switched to Ignition for client onboarding and was impressed. The setup for proposals and engagement letters was straightforward. I integrated it with QuickBooks Online, which saved a lot of time. The automated billing started working right away after a client accepted a proposal. Delivery was instant since it's a software, of course. Customer support was quick to answer a question I had about customizing templates. Overall, a solid platform that delivers on its promises.
Mostly positive experience
I recently signed up for Ignition to help with my firm's client agreements. The onboarding process was mostly smooth, and the Xero Integration worked as expected. I found the Service Library quite useful for getting started with Audit Engagement Letters. My only minor gripe was that some of the customization options for the client-facing portal could be a bit more intuitive to find. However, the overall value for automating proposals and payment collection has been excellent, and it's certainly improved cash flow. Delivery was instant since it's software.
So easy to use!
I just signed up for the Professional plan after trying the 14-day free trial, and it's been amazing! Setting up my first Advisory Service Proposals was a breeze. Everything just works, and I love the automated reminders. Definitely shopping here again!
Consistently reliable service
This is my third year with Ignition, and I just renewed my annual subscription. The platform is consistently reliable. The Workflow Automation has really helped my firm, and the E-Signatures always work without a hitch. I've seen some new features added over time, which is great. It's just a solid tool for managing client agreements and payments. I recommend it often to others in the industry.

Is it true they offer a discount if you pay annually? Like how much can you save?
Hey, thinking about signing up for Ignition. How long does it usually take to get everything set up and actually start sending proposals?
wondering if anyone has experience with their referral program? is it worth trying to get others to sign up?
How secure is Ignition for handling client payments? My clients are super sensitive about that stuff.
Thinking about switching from GoProposal. How does Ignition compare, especially with the automated payments and stuff?
Does Ignition integrate with Gusto? That would be huge for my payroll clients.
Is Ignition actually good for smaller firms? I only have a handful of clients, not sure if it's overkill.
